URGENT: Join Me in Helping Joe Lewis Recover!

Dear Friends,

If you have not yet heard the incredibly sad news that my dear friend – martial arts legend Joe Lewis – recently underwent emergency brain surgery to remove a cancerous, grade four tumor from his left temporal lobe, then you are probably shocked right about now.

(Take a deep breath, then another, and repeat.)

If you have heard the news already, then like me, you are probably still walking around with a heavy heart…thinking, “How in the world is this possible?”

Either way, I’m asking you to join me in helping Joe out, during what is unquestionably the scariest and most difficult time of his life.

For starters – I want you to take a moment to look deep inside yourself, right now.

Find that part of your being that represents love, kindness, generosity and compassion. It IS there, waiting to be tapped. Embrace it, connect with it, feel it.

Now, fill it with energy. Fill it with encouragement. Fill it with confidence. Breathe life into it… and as the giving, benevolent, charitable “you” steadily becomes larger-than-life…I want you to fearlessly kick your generosity into high gear and TAKE ACTION NOW!

Very simple…

With the approval of Joe Lewis and the assistance of the Directors at Joe Lewis Fighting Systems (JLFS), I wrote an exclusive article that not only details the chronology leading up to Joe’s sudden brain tumor diagnosis, but also sheds light on his current health condition and recovery.

Mainly, however, this article gives you two very simple ways that you can best help “The Champ” during this fateful time of need.

So whether you’re typically a charitable person or not, I’m asking you to do whatever you can do to lend Joe Lewis a helping hand; whatever is within your means will suffice – big or small – every little bit helps.

Joe has done so much for all of us…by being Joe Lewis…by being an inspiration…by being a pioneer, innovator and teacher of teachers…by being a martial arts icon that history will never forget. There’s only one Joe Lewis and there will never be another like him. I believe that we all owe him a great deal of gratitude.

So please join me in showing Joe Lewis your appreciation and support by following the two suggestions detailed in my exclusive article, which gives you the “inside scoop” right from within JLFS.

And, in closing, I encourage you to pay close attention to these wise words from William Penn:

” I expect to pass through life but once. If therefore, there be any kindness I can show, or any good thing I can do to any fellow being, let me do it now, and not defer or neglect it, as I shall not pass this way again.”

Here now is the article. Simply click on the cover to open it in your browser.

Yours in the Arts,

Rob Colasanti

PS: I want to personally thank Dojo Digest for donating space for my article in their magazine. I also want to thank the folks over at the Bold Look for designing it without charge. They both did their part in helping me spread the word throughout the martial arts community to aid Joe Lewis in his recovery…and for that, they must be commended.
